The Wooster Hope Center, 342 Nold Avenue (Daybreak Community Church), Wooster will be serving a free lunch from noon to 1p.m., distributing hygiene items from 1:30-2:30 p.m. and offering free haircuts from 1:30-4 p.m. Jan. 4. Please call 330-683-2242 to make an appointment for a free haircut.
