The second annual Shark Tub pitch competition will put more than a dozen small businesses in a rivalry for $7,500 in cash prizes and professional advising. The public is invited to attend this event on Tuesday, April 2 from 6-8 p.m. at Buckeye Career Center in New Philadelphia.

It is free to enter and watch the competition, but attendees also can support the startup businesses and bring some money. For $5 people can get a handful of prop money to use during the first hour of the competition to support and invest in their favorite startups.
