KIKO Realtors, Auctioneers & Advisors recently welcomed Margaret Jordan, J.D., M.S., to its business-development team.

Jordan joins as a director of business development, working with estate attorneys, business consultants and commercial real estate brokers. With more than 15 years of experience in business-development strategy, lead generation, project management and revenue development, she will serve as an advisor and liaison to anyone who is preparing for or experiencing a liquidity event where they need to convert an asset to cash.

Jordan will team with Sarah McIntosh, KIKO’s director of business development, working with banking, business consulting and financial clients.

Jordan currently serves on the board for the Association of Corporate Growth and is chair of ACG’s Women in Transactions Committee. She earned her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law and her M.S. and B.A. from the University of Akron.
