The Claymont Foundation scholarships are made possible by contributions from Claymont, Dennison and Uhrichsville alumni and area individuals, businesses and organizations who have made a commitment to helping these students.

                        

Applications for the Claymont Foundation scholarships are now available on the foundation’s website at www.claymontschools.org/foundation/scholarships.html.

There are three levels of scholarships available:

—The Carl McPeak Memorial Vocational Scholarships for sophomores and juniors who will attend Buckeye Career Center in fall 2020 to offset costs associated with vocational education fees.

—High School Scholarships are merit- and need-based scholarships for current Claymont seniors who are planning to attend technical trade school, community college or university, covering tuition, computer/supplies, books and university/college/school-owned housing.

—Collegiate Scholarships are merit- and need-based scholarships for Claymont graduates who are attending a technical trade school, community college or university, covering tuition, computer/supplies, books and university/college/school-owned housing.

The application deadline is 3 p.m. on March 1.

The Claymont Foundation scholarships are made possible by contributions from Claymont, Dennison and Uhrichsville alumni and area individuals, businesses and organizations who have made a commitment to helping these students pursue a higher education. In 2019 over $100,000 in scholarships was awarded.
