Head Start on a Healthier New Yearwill be presented Nov. 1 by Dave Speicher, MS, CSCS, Orrville Sports & Wellness, at Aultman Orrville Hospital at 6 p.m.

Grief at the Holidays will be presented Nov. 7 by Christine Scott, LISW-S, and Judy Smith, LPCC-S, Aultman Grief Services, at Aultman Compassionate Care Center at 6 p.m. This session will teach techniques to manage grief during the holidays.

Prevent and Reverse Heart Diseasewill be presented Nov. 7 by Terry Tegtmeier, M.D., cardiologist, at North Canton Medical Center at 6 p.m. This presentation will look at the evidence showing how plant-based nutrition can prevent, stop and even reverse coronary heart disease.

Grief at the Holidayswill be presented Nov. 8 by Christine Scott, LISW-S, and Judy Smith, LPCC-S, Aultman Grief Services, at Aultman West at 1:30 p.m. This session will teach techniques to manage grief during the holidays.

Plant Perfect Diet will be presented Nov. 8 by Adene Keller, BSN, RN-C, cardiac rehabilitation, at Aultman West at 6 p.m. This presentation will explore the benefits of a whole-food diet and how food choices can affect someone’s risk for heart disease.

Fibromyalgia will be presented Nov. 14 by Mark Pellegrino, M.D., physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, at North Canton Medical Center at 6 p.m. Fibromyalgia is characterized by widespread muscle aches, sleep disorders and fatigue. Learn ways to live with this debilitating condition.

Cataract Options and Solutions for Presbyopiawill be presented Nov. 28 by Sanjeev Dewan, M.D., ophthalmologist, at North Canton Medical Center at 6 p.m. Cataracts cause blurry vision and are a leading cause of treatable blindness. Learn about prevention of cataracts and the various treatment options available.

Mona Lisa Touchwill be presented Nov. 29 by Joann Krivetzky, M.D., Premier Gynecology Associates, at Aultman West at 6 p.m. Learn about treatment options for women during and after menopause.
