The Massillon Public Library invites the public to attend Rally ‘Round Cleveland: The Story of the 1974 Franchise-Saving Cleveland Indians on Monday, June 3 at 6:30 p.m.

Author Jim Clark, the voice of the Akron Rubber Ducks, will discuss his book, “Rally ‘Round Cleveland.” While sharing photos, he will recount important but forgotten details of the ’74 season. From Beer Night to a lakefront city falling in love with its baseball team again, this story is for longtime Indians fans.

Clark will autograph copies of his book, which will be available for $20. This event is free, and no registration is required.

For more information call the library’s reference desk at 330-832-9831 ext. 312.

The Massillon Public Library is located at 208 Lincoln Way E. The Second Street entrance is handicap accessible.
