HCGHD immunization schedule
The Holmes County General Health District has released a revised immunization schedule for the remainder of 2020. Here is the new schedule:
Holmes County Health District, 85 N. Grant St., Millersburg: Sept. 11 and 25, Oct. 9, Nov. 13, and Dec. 11, all from 1-4 p.m.
Oasis Youth Center, 3460 Township Road 159, Millersburg: Sept. 9, Oct. 14 and Dec. 9, all from 8:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
St. John’s Lutheran Church, 8084 state Route 241, Mt. Hope: Sept. 2 and 23, Oct. 7 and 21, Nov. 18, and Dec. 2, all from 8:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Walnut Creek Mennonite Church, 2619 County Road 144, Walnut Creek: Sept. 8 and 22, Oct. 13 and 27, Nov. 10 and 24, and Dec. 8, all from 8:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Call 330-275-6787 to schedule an appointment. Bring your child’s immunization record and insurance information with you. If your child does not have medical insurance or is not on the medical card, they may be able to receive vaccines for free.
