Digital Detox is a featured program for the 2019 One Book, One Community project, a grassroots community reading initiative organized by the Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition.

                        

The Dover Public Library will host a Digital Detox program on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s community room. Presented by Christine Kendle from OSU Extension Tuscarawas County, this program will help participants learn how technology is affecting their lives and the benefits of digital detoxing.

Kendle will teach participants various strategies to incorporate technology breaks into their busy lives. Digital Detox is a featured program for the 2019 One Book, One Community project, a grassroots community reading initiative organized by the Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition.

This year’s book is “How to Break Up With Your Phone” by Catherine Price.
