Spring Hill’s Restoration Campaign will be a highlight as they host their event in the newly restored 1900s Granary Barn.

                        

Members of all ages are invited to Spring Hill Historic Home and Underground Railroad Site Saturday, Dec. 9 for the Members’ Old-fashioned Holiday Celebration. This open house-style event will be held at the Granary Barn from 1-4 p.m. New members are welcome at any time.

Live holiday musical entertainment will be provided by Canal Street Ramblers. Volunteers will provide dishes to cook over the campfire. Hot chocolate and water also will be provided.

A scavenger hunt through the grounds will be available. Those who complete the search will receive prizes. Massillon Museum will be onsite to provide a holiday craft. Artifacts uncovered during the 2023 archaeology digs will be on display for viewing.

Spring Hill’s Restoration Campaign will be a highlight as they host their event in the newly restored 1900s Granary Barn. Visitors also can visit the 1903 Milk House to see ongoing progress of stabilization and restoration.
