McCarthy to speak at Safety Council luncheon

Alex McCarthy, director of Tuscarawas County Homeland Security & Emergency Management Agency, will present “Participating in the Whole Community Approach to Building a Disaster-Resilient County” on Thursday, Feb. 21 at 11:30 a.m. at Dutch Valley Restaurant, 1343 Old Route 39, Sugarcreek.
The cost is $20 per person, payable in advance or at the door. RSVP is required in advance by Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 5 p.m.
