Letter to the Editor:

Hearing “all lives matter” shouted to the daily Black Lives Matter protesters on the square in Wooster reminded me of Jesus when he said (to paraphrase) “poor people’s lives are blessed.” The crowd did not shout back with indignation, “All lives are blessed.”

White folks tend to shout “all lives matter.” They are not the ones being marginalized, discriminated against and killed.
