Lady Knights manage to win one of four

                        
The Lady Knights hit a bump in the road last week, dropping three matches while winning one.
The Lady Lex of Lexington visited West Holmes for an Ohio Cardinal Conference clash Tuesday, Sept. 22, and dropped the Lady Knights in four 25-23, 20-25, 20-25, 16-26.
Lindsey Arnold led the way from the service line with three aces, and also led the attack with 14 kills. Paige Asche and Lindsy Snyder chipped in with eight kills apiece, while Morgan Hawkins added seven. Emily Ditmars dished out 39 assists.
On Thursday, West Holmes toppled Ashland 25-19, 25-5, 25-18,
Arnold again led the way from the service line with eight aces. Ditmars served up five aces.
Asche led the attack with 10 kills. Arnold added eight kills and Hawkins chipped in with seven. Snyder also hammered home six kills. Ditmars distributed 33 assists.
At the Jackson Tournament on Saturday, the Lady Knights were swept by Northwest and Louisville.
The Indians edged past the Lady Knights 26-28, 11-25 and the Leopards licked the Lady Knights 27-29, 21-25
Alysia Brillhart was 17 for 17 serving with two aces on the day.
Asche again led the West Holmes attack with 15 kills. Arnold added 12 kills and Snyder hammered home nine. Hawkins also swatted eight spikes for kills.
Ditmars finished with 43 assists.
With the losses, the Lady Knights dipped to 6-9 overall and 4-4 in the OCC
