Trumpet in the Land, in partnership with local organizations, will provide a free drive-thru Halloween event for the public on Oct. 31 from 4-6 p.m. in the lower parking lot of the outdoor amphitheater in New Philadelphia.

Visiting Trick-or-Treaters must come in a vehicle and are required to stay in their cars at all times; no walk-ups will be permitted. Families will be able to drive around the circle, and treats will be delivered to each car at various “trunk” stations.

For everyone’s safety, face masks and gloves will be worn when approaching a vehicle. Treats will be guaranteed for the first 300 Trick-or-Treaters.

“We are thankful for the partners we have secured to date for this fun event but have room for many more trunks,” Trumpet general manager Margaret Bonamico said.

Any local business, organization, church, individual group or family who would like to host a trunk at this event should call the Trumpet in the Land office for more details at 330-364-5111 or email trumpet@frontier.com. There is no charge to participate.

Trumpet in the Land is located at 208 Allen Lane SE in New Philadelphia.
