Museum opens submissions for annual show
The Massillon Museum is now accepting entries for the 2025 Stark County Artists Exhibition, with the submission window open from May 1 through July 13. The annual juried show will open Nov. 1 and continue through Jan. 11, 2026.
The exhibition is open to artists who are either current or former residents of Stark County or who are currently working within the county. All entrants must be at least 18 years old. Each artist may submit up to three digital images of original artwork created within the past two years. All media will be considered.
Jurors for the 2025 exhibition include Kristen Cliffel, a Cleveland-based artist; Maeve Crotty, gallery manager at Peg’s Foundation in Hudson; and Kerry Davis, executive director of the Cleveland Print Room. These jurors will select the works to be included in the exhibition and determine prize recipients.
Awards include Best in Show at $300, second place at $200 and third place at $100. A $100 People’s Choice Award will be determined by visitors throughout the duration of the show.
